Meanwhile, Lucas confides in Carter about his determination to get back on track. Their conversation takes a revealing turn as Lucas opens up about his recent encounter with a stranger. Lucas admits to attempting to kiss Dillon, but facing rejection, he realizes he needs to remove Dillon from his life to succeed. However, when Dillon attempts to reconcile with Lucas, the manipulated teen lashes out verbally.
Elsewhere, Abe returns home, initially giving Cleo the cold shoulder. However, a chance encounter in the village leads to an apology from Abe, hinting at potential reconciliation.
