Cash emerges in the morning in a flashy suit, and with good news from his company: he’s been given a personal security job, a massive step up from his current snooze-fest of a gig! Only thing is, they can’t tell him who for, or any details; he just has to meet his mystery client in person for the interview. Cash arrives at the interview location – a fancy boat docked at the pier. Suspicious and more than a little confused, Cash creeps inside, and spots a poster for a movie he’s never seen before: a critically acclaimed, multi award-winning horror film called Death Throes, with a close-up of a beautiful young woman plastered on the front. Seconds later, the same woman in the poster walks through the door. It’s the actress Stevie Marlow – and Cash’s soon-to-be new client! Maybe. Stevie sizes him up, and invites him outside for a bite.

Stevie is disarmingly casual about the whole thing, but Cash means serious business. Eventually, she gets to the point, showing Cash a police report and pile of photos of herself…asleep. Someone’s been stalking and threatening her, and she needs someone she can trust to keep her safe. This gets Cash’s attention. He tells her to cancel all her public appearances and stay off social media as a precautionary measure, but she point blank refuses. When he realises she’s not going to budge, he gives up. He thanks her for her time and walks away. Despite this, good guy Cash makes a few calls as he leaves – Stevie is vulnerable, and he’s worried. This isn’t the last he’ll hear of Stevie Marlow….is it?

Remi is furious with Bree for giving him an ultimatum, and the two get stuck into a heated argument. He feels like she’s taking away his freedom and treating him like a child. Bree, meanwhile, is bewildered that he doesn’t understand what she had to go through, seeing him like that in hospital. She storms off. Torn between choosing between what is essentially the two things he loves most in the world, Remi complains to Eden about his predicament. She offers him a shift in perspective – how much thought has he actually given to Bree’s feelings? For her, that bike represents almost losing the man she loves. How would Remi feel if the situation were reversed? Remi freezes – he knows Eden is right. He finds Bree outside and apologises. He loves his bike, but ultimately, he loves Bree more. He tells her that he’s hanging up his jacket, and that he’s never getting on his bike again. Bree is washed with relief, and the two of them make up. Can Remi keep his promise?

John marches into the diner with a big announcement – he’s decided he’s going to be Justin and Leah’s marriage celebrant! Irene and Marilyn are aghast – how is he going to make that happen? Does he have the necessary qualifications? And who’s to say that Justin and Leah will even say yes? John, however, is having none of it. His mind is made up, and nothing is going to stop him.
