Holly continues to listen to episodes of Crimesborough despite her father’s warnings. She hears Dr Gavin Bowman being interviewed about his role in the poison saga and is surprised to discover that Bowman is the one pushing the publicity. She finds out from Karl and Dex that there is some issue involving Gavin at the hospital, but is unable to ascertain exactly what. So Holly steals her father’s hospital pass and uses it to access the personnel records. She brings up Gavin’s file, only for someone to enter the room.
The situation at Eirini Rising seems to be getting worse when Harold reports someone has stolen his credit card details. He admits to JJ that what he’s really upset about, though, is the tuba. JJ decides to track down Jasmine and pressure her to return the tuba anonymously, to Harold’s great joy. Harold encourages Susan and Terese, who are worried about the thefts, to keep going with Eirini Rising, telling them it is a dream worth fighting for and already having a good impact. JJ sets about retrieving more stolen items to return. But when he’s taking them back to Eirini Rising he’s busted by Terese with a bag full of hot merchandise.
Logan engineers a meeting with Aaron while out jogging and the two have a coffee together. Then Logan steals Aaron’s earbuds to justify another meeting. Melanie senses something is off but when she sees how keen Logan is to be around Aaron, she assumes it’s romantic. What she doesn’t see is Logan mysteriously peering at a photo of David at Aaron’s house. What is his agenda?
