Drama is set to erupt in Walford as Avani’s plan to convince Ravi for shopping money takes an unexpected turn when Nish steps in, gifting his granddaughter for her help in locating an old acquaintance. Meanwhile, Suki and Vinny’s secret lunch at Walford East is interrupted by Nish, who arrives with a shocking guest – Ayesha, the widow of Hardeep, whom Nish murdered 20 years ago.
Suki is left reeling at Ayesha’s return, but any hopes of a peaceful reunion are dashed as Ayesha angrily confronts Nish before storming out. Suki follows, bringing Ayesha back to No.41, and later to The Vic for a drink with Eve. Sensing an opportunity to cause trouble, Nish plants seeds of doubt about Suki and Ayesha’s closeness in Eve’s mind.

Eve initially feels irritated by Suki’s constant praise of Ayesha but softens after a heartfelt conversation. Confiding in Stacey, Eve learns that Nish is likely manipulating her feelings. Determined to take control, Eve has a run-in with Nish at the café before making a bold move – she heads to The Vic and proposes to Suki in front of Ayesha, Stacey, and the entire Panesar clan.
In a touching moment, Nugget has a heart-to-heart with his grandad, Nish, who reveals his deepest wish – to have Suki by his side when he dies. Will Eve’s proposal bring Suki and Eve closer, or will Nish’s meddling tear them apart?
