David Wicks is back in Walford on a mission to help his troubled daughter Bianca, but things take a dramatic turn in upcoming episodes. Deeply worried about Bianca’s mental health, David makes his return after a concerning phone call and a chat with Kat about Bianca’s erratic behaviour. But the drama doesn’t stop there, as David’s presence sends shockwaves through the Square.

Meanwhile, Bianca tries to convince her dad that Reiss is a murderer, leading David to confront Reiss directly. But just as he gets drawn into Bianca’s suspicions, David is blindsided by an even bigger shock: Cindy Beale is alive and standing right in front of him, bringing back painful memories from their shared past.

Despite promising to stay and support Bianca, David soon finds himself reverting to old habits. After heartfelt conversations where he urges Bianca to seek medical help for her mental health struggles, David begins making plans to leave Walford once again. How will Bianca cope as her father’s return looks to be short-lived?

Elsewhere, Kat breaks the news to the boys that Alfie has landed the Manager’s job at the Minute Mart and is off for a two-week training course. Tommy isn’t happy, feeling abandoned as Alfie forgets about their football plans, but Kat tries to reassure him that his dad isn’t going anywhere for good.
