Where has the Doctor been? What is going on in Joy’s hotel room? An old enemy of the Doctor’s is lurking in the wings and all of human history hangs in the balance. Can the Doctor save Christmas, everywhere, all at once?
From a war-torn Manchester hotel in 1940 to the Orient Express travelling across Italy in 1962, the Doctor is determined to deliver a toasted sandwich and a pumpkin latte. The base camp at Everest in 1953 is also a wrong turn on his travels, but at the Sandringham Hotel in 2024, he meets a single woman called Joy. When she opens a secret doorway to the Time Hotel, Joy discovers danger and dinosaurs. But a deadly plan is unfolding across the Earth, just in time for Christmas.
