Forced to take Gabby’s car to Kammy at the garage, Vinny faces unavoidable questions about his sexuality. When Gabby passes by while on the phone with Laurel, a glitch on the call allows Laurel to overhear Vinny’s private conversation with Kammy about relationships. Meanwhile, Gabby’s triumphant as her crash diet seems to be working.
The next day a hungry and irritable Gabby is annoyed that her car is still not working properly. When Laurel demands a private word with Vinny, he worries which part of his conversation with Kammy she might have overheard. Laurel encourages him not to marry Gabby if he’s unsure about the relationship.
Meanwhile, Gabby refuses to eat before the engagement party and opts for a quadruple black coffee instead. At the garage Sarah offers to join her for a diagnostic drive to find out what the issue is with her vehicle. As Gabby and Sarah drive down country lanes suddenly, Gabby feels woozy and faints at the wheel. Still fragile from her hysterectomy, Sarah’s in agony as she stretches across and brings the vehicle to a stop then has to get Gabby to hospital. Both are in bad shape when they arrive at A&E.
Soon conflicted Vinny and Kammy panic to get the call Sarah and Gabby have ended up in A&E.When Gabby is given the all clear and scolded for her diet Vinny, overwhelmed with relief buries his doubts as he showers Gabby with love.
Could he make a rash decision and bury his doubts completely?
