Mackenzie is keen to spend some time with Charity but she is seemingly busy and distracted so Mackenzie takes himself off to the pub.
Soon Ross is quizzing and slightly taunting Mackenzie over the surrogacy situation and Mackenzie is forced to admit today is the 3 year anniversary of when him and Charity lost their baby.
He confesses she hasn’t even remembered and soon when a drunk Mackenzie brings it up with her Charity is furious. He admits he does have an issue with the surrogacy and mentions today is their lost baby’s anniversary. He had hoped she would have remembered. Charity kicks him out, fearing for their relationship.
Later, Mack can’t hide his hurt that Charity hasn’t contacted him after kicking him out.
Is their relationship finished?
With Mack seemingly set to die – will Charity find herself nursing more than a broken heart in the distant future?
