Georgie urges Fergal to make peace with Zak, but Fergal refuses to be intimidated. Carol is cold towards Zak, and Tommy warns Zak to treat her with respect. As Zak digs for dirt on Fergal, Sash reminds him that Tommy and Olivia are still part of the community and don’t need the drama. Georgie invites Zak for coffee, but while ordering, Zak swipes his house keys. Georgie warns Fergal that Zak is dangerous and threatens to get Gwen to kick him out of the house if things escalate.
Tommy urges Zak to make peace with Carol, but she refuses to accept it. Overhearing Sash warn Tommy about Carol’s temper, Fergal begins plotting. JJ admits to Carol Lorcan’s been slacking in the bookies. Carol advises him to be tougher on Lorcan. JJ is delighted when Nathan finds a way to launder their cash, but a new face at the bookies raises JJ’s suspicions.

Phoebe is frosty when she sees Dean and Mairead together, and furious to learn their relationship started before Mairead and Damien ended. She confronts Dean, and while Orla is outraged on his behalf, Dean insists he needs to win Phoebe over.

As Jess begins investigating who’s staying in which property, Melanie attempts to distract her with urgent legal tasks. When Jess makes a mistake with a cleaning schedule, Claire lashes out. Later, Zoe spots Melanie entering one of Joan’s apartments, she insists to Jess that she’s squatting there. Zoe urges Jess to report it to Claire and get Melanie fired.
