Fair City tonight on RTÉ One at 8:30pm
Zak is impressed when JJ retrieves his money without violence and asks to work with him, but JJ refuses. Pressuring Fergal to speed up delivery of his dodgy boxes, Zak is warned by Gwen not to keep him waiting. He later vows to raise the €250k to buy Dolores’ share of McCoys and asks JJ to invest, but he declines. Hoping to win the money instead, Zak pushes to join JJ’s high-stakes poker game.

Emma and Tommy plot to set Gwen and James up. Emma offers to pay for Gwen’s ticket to a DJ gig James is attending, and Gwen eventually agrees if Emma also covers VIP after-party tickets. Gwen invites James as her plus one, but he refuses, unwilling to give her the satisfaction.
Jess warns Zoe her hiring must go smoothly, or Melanie will come after them. Zoe is horrified when her bike is stolen after Melanie insists she can’t keep it inside, and angrily accuses Melanie of orchestrating the theft. Jess urges Zoe to drop her suspicions, but Zoe remains convinced Melanie was behind it.
Phoebe is still annoyed over her collision with Orla, and snaps at Dean when he suggests involving her coaches, fearing she’ll be benched. Learning Phoebe is scared of missing her hockey season, Orla feels guilty and books her a physio appointment. Phoebe is reluctant but agrees to think about it.
