BECKY PLAYS LISA LIKE A FIDDLE Knowing Lisa is due to meet Carla for lunch, Becky plots. Finding Becky on the street, clearly drunk, Lisa takes her home to sober her up. Becky explains she hit the bottle to block out the fact she’s lost everything. Having taken a shower, Becky descends the stairs wearing Lisa’s bathrobe, just as Carla arrives having been stood up. As Carla takes in the scene she’s devastated and orders Becky out of the house. When Lisa fails to back her up, could this be the end for Swarla? Meanwhile when Costello fails to show up for work Kit becomes concerned.
SARAH SUSPECTS THEO IS UP TO NO GOOD When Todd asks if he’s heard from Pete, Theo lies, making out Pete’s not returning his calls. Sarah clocks Theo and Pete looking pally as they climb into a van. Sarah taps on the window and demands to know what Theo’s doing. Theo reveals that he and Pete have signed a contract and he’s planning to surprise Todd. When Pete likens Sarah to an attack dog, Todd turns the corner to see Sarah squaring up to Theo and Pete. As a horrified Todd ushers her away, Theo’s incandescent.
ASHA CONSIDERS COMING HOME Dev visits Asha in the mental health unit. Asha explains that she’s ready to come home but whilst she knows she has the full support of her family, she’s worried as none of her friends have been in touch. Dev rounds on Summer, Nina and Amy for abandoning Asha and reveals that because of their lack of support, she’s not sure she wants to come home.
ELSEWHERE Chesney arrives at the hotel with pizzas for Debbie’s choir practice. But he’s taken aback to see Fiz in reception, wondering why she’s not at Cilla’s. Debbie and Glenda row over song choice for the choir.
