There is always trouble in Hollyoaks where Mercedes is concerned, as she now faces her secret being exposed in blackmail issues.
Monday 15th December
John Paul rushes to work with a busy day ahead but looking forward to the Christmas break fast approaching. Mercedes has 24 hours to pay the mystery blackmailer or the secret of her shooting Tony will be outed. Warren will do whatever is needed, even if it means working with Gemma…
In the market, Gemma watches on hopeful for her Christmas wish as things seem tense between Warren and Mercedes.
Dillon and Rex try to help Ste see that his son needs help. Dillon and Ste are nearly caught out when Rex overhears a conversation. Tough love from Rex leaves Ste pushing him away – and Dillon comforts Ste where one thing leads to another…
Torn in all directions, Diane gives Ant his phone back but he’s quick to return to the concerning content. Hearing Ant’s skipped school, Diane leaves Mercedes to look after Tony.
Diane confiscates Ant’s phone again.
After Warren agreed to join Gemma on a job to raise money for Mercedes, Gemma runs over plans with him… she has had a tip off that there will be a robbery taking place today, her and Warren are going to intercept the heist and steal from the robbers.
Spiralling Mercedes throws accusations to Warren when she sees him and Gemma together.
Tuesday 16th December
With Diane exhausted balancing family issues, Prince offers to try and help get through to Ant to make amends for the videos. There looks to be a breakthrough for the teen during a workout with Prince while Dee Dee’s friend Trina watches on smitten with Ant.
Gemma begins to have doubt over destroying Donny’s new life – Froggy tries to get through to her. Donny treats his family for lunch, but things turn unpleasant when Sully enters The Hutch and Misbah is left with questions that Donny is unable to answer.
Frankie receives a threatening letter which she keeps to herself. Darren struggles with mixed emotions after picking up JJ’s ashes – Frankie supports him.
Mercedes has arranged to pay the mystery person threatening to tell the world that she shot Tony, but Warren has stepped in to help, determined to identify the blackmailer.
Wednesday 17th December
Christmas festivities are in full swing at the Grand Bazaar, and as Mercedes and Warren stroll through the markets, Mercedes confesses her concerns over who it is Warren really wants, and he reassures Mercedes that it’s only her that he wants.
Frankie confides in Dodger about the messages and shares her concern she thinks Sully might be involved.
