TIM’S HAUNTED BY HIS WORDS OF WISDOM Tim and Sally sit in shocked silence after a sleepless night. Lisa calls round and confirms that they’ve charged Richie with the murder of his wife. Lisa informs Tim and Sally that Lucy has been taken into care and Richie claims he acted in self defence.
KIT BUCKLES UNDER THE WEIGHT OF HIS EMOTIONS In the prison visiting room, Sarah explains to David that she dumped Kit for his own sake.
Kit knocks back vodka and reveals that Sarah’s dumped him, Jodie’s intrigued but Kit gives her short shrift and strides out. Jodie approaches Kit on the street and, declaring that there’s nothing worse than a broken heart, offers to buy him a pizza. Will Kit play into Jodie’s hands?
ELSEWHERE As Alya shows Gavin, the potential buyer around the restaurant, Idris watches them like a hawk. Gavin’s impressed but as he heads to his car, Idris approaches. What will he say?
