GEMMA LEARNS AN AWFUL FAMILY TRUTH Tensions boil over when Gemma confronts Todd about his treatment of George, who retaliates by telling her to visit her dying aunt. Gemma tracks down Celeste, but an awkward encounter turns to horror when Celeste’s health suddenly fails. Todd arrives just as Gemma leaves, only to clash with Celeste and storm out. Later, having seen paramedics rush to Celeste’s room at the hotel, Gemma breaks the news to Bernie that Celeste has died, leaving behind a devastating family secret…
NINA LEAVES FOR WHITBY Nina invites Abi, Asha and Summer for farewell drinks in the Rovers. After an emotional moment with Abi in Seb’s memorial garden, Nina says goodbye to her friends before heading to Whitby with Roy.

CELESTE’S DEATH CRUSHES TODD George prepares to break the news of Celeste’s death to Todd, who is late for work and stayed out all night. When Mary suggests they rally to support him over dinner and remind him he has good friends, everyone agrees. When Todd calls at the hotel to visit Celeste, Ryan reveals she died. How will Todd react?
BERNIE OPENS UP Gemma shares the awful news about Celeste with Kit and tells him about the family truth. Dev finds Bernie crying in the Rovers’ backyard and does his best to comfort her.
DEBBIE SLIPS UP AT WORK Ronnie offers to handle their supplier meeting, but as Debbie prepares to leave, he gently reminds her to put on shoes. At the hotel, Ronnie points out she’s still wearing her slippers and a confused Debbie stares at her feet and suggests it’s time they went home.
ELSEWHERE Kirk tells Maggie and Brian that their night of passion is the talk of the factory.

BERNIE FACES AN UNCERTAIN FUTURE WITH HER FAMILY As Celeste’s death sends shockwaves through the Winter Browns, Gemma fights her emotions, spelling out to Bernie that she intends to stand by her side no matter what. When Bethany confides in Gemma that she’s worried about Kit’s mood swings, Gemma steals herself to tell her about their family discovery.
TODD CARRIES OUT CELESTE’S FINAL WISHES In Celeste’s hotel room, a hungover Todd sadly tidies up her things, finding a letter addressed to him. Todd explains to George that according to Celeste’s instructions, she no longer wants a funeral but wants them to throw a party in her memory instead. Todd, Bernie, Kit, Gemma, Chesney, Joseph, Dev, George, Christina and Asha gather in the hotel bar for Celeste’s remembrance party. Todd reads out a message from Celeste
RONNIE DOES FIONA’S DIRTY WORK Ronnie eyes up Idris’s car and explains to Carl that he’s thinking of stealing it for Fiona as he owes her for the missing gun. In the Rovers, Carl hands Ronnie the key to Idris’s car having stolen it from his jacket. Will Ronnie go through with it? ELSEWHERE Lauren visits Betsy but to her annoyance spends the whole time texting Ollie. Betsy admits to Lisa that she feels lonely. Jodie returns home from court and tells Shona and Bethany she got community service for the assault on Sarah and she’s on litter picking duty.

WILL DEBBIE CATCH RONNIE IN A LIE Idris reports his car stolen, admitting he can’t remember where he left his key. Idris accuses Ronnie of stealing his car and punches him to the floor. Carl implores Ronnie not to go looking for revenge as Debbie needs calm.
JODIE SETS THE CAT AMONGST THE PIGEONS With David away, Shona struggles to soothe Harper and is short with Lily, while Jodie interferes. As Jodie litter picks, she overhears Bethany arranging a date. Jodie makes a scathing remark but Bethany puts her in her place. Smarting, Jodie suggests to Kit they should go on a date and promises him the time of his life. Will Kit agree?
LAUREN GETS IT WRONG WITH BETSY With the help of her physiotherapist, Betsy stands up for the first time since her stroke. Lauren suggests to Ollie that they pay Betsy a visit and take her some of his cake. But when Lauren calls with Ollie, how will Betsy react?

DEBBIE DUSTS OFF HER SCISSORING SKILLS As Ryan gets a manicure from Bethany, Debbie breezes in and it becomes clear she’s reliving her hairdressing past. Maria returns to the salon to find Debbie giving Bethany a full eighties makeover. Bethany plays along but when Debbie picks up the scissors, Maria comes to her rescue. As Debbie looks at the scissors in confusion, she rushes out. Finding Ronnie drinking in the hotel bar, Debbie gives him short shrift before suffering a meltdown.
BETHANY TALKS HERSELF OUT OF A SECOND DATE Bethany meets up with Roman in the bistro and they raise a toast to a successful second date without drama. But when Jodie enters with Kit, Bethany’s good mood evaporates as she explains that her Mum is in prison and only broke up with Kit a few weeks ago. As Jodie flirts with Kit, Bethany loses her temper. Bethany warns Kit that Jodie’s toxic and he should steer clear. As Bethany goes, Jodie invites Kit back for a nightcap. Will Kit agree?
SHONA NEEDS TO TAKE A CHILL PILL A panicky Shona tells Jodie that Harper has a rash but it turns out to be nothing more than teething. When Jodie reveals she’s got a date with Kit, Shona’s shocked and accuses her of stabbing Sarah in the back.

JODIE PLAYS WITH FIRE AND THINGS HEAT UP FOR KIT At No.8, Jodie adds to Shona’s stress by hiding her car keys, smiling to herself, Jodie sends Kit a message suggesting a rematch. Shona calls David about her nightmare day, then suddenly realises she’s left Harper in the car. In a blind panic, she dashes outside to find Daniel cradling Harper. Jodie orders Shona to get some sleep and invites Kit round as she looks after Harper. Shona comes back downstairs to find Jodie and Kit enjoying a glass of wine. Parking herself on the sofa, she warns Kit that a relationship with her sister is possibly his worst idea ever. Will Kit listen?
LAUREN PUSHES BETSY TOO HARD Lauren lays down the law to Betsy and tells her she’s taking her out for lunch. In the bistro, Betsy knocks some cutlery off the table. Lauren quickly goes to her aid but when Debbie jokes that she’s drunk, Betsy’s mortified.
RONNIE STRUGGLES TO FIND THE ENERGY Kevin and Abi take Debbie for lunch so they can discuss her birthday. Having heard about her latest faux pas with Betsy, Ronnie suggests they dial down her party plans
