Kit takes a woman back to the flat but when she tries to kiss him, he admits he’s not in the right headspace. Bethany emerges as the woman storms out, how will she react?
Bethany visits Sarah in prison and masking her guilt, breaks the news that Kit’s moved on. As Bethany opens up to Ryan about the fact that Kit’s been seeing other women, Michael enters in celebratory mood, having been given Sarah’s old job as assistant manager.
Bethany receives a text from Ryan and smiles. Kit urges her to go for it as it’s obvious they like each other. Over drinks, Ryan regales Bethany with funny stories. Will she make her move?
Kit attends an appointment with the breast cancer consultant to tell him his next steps. At the station, Lisa puts pressure on Kit to find Luke Cookson’s murderer. When Kit snaps at her, Lisa voices her concerns to Bernie. Kit chases after a young lad, accusing him of murdering Luke and spoiling for a fight. Sporting two black eyes, Kit joins the family for pizza night. Worried for him, Bernie tells Kit that she has a good feeling about her cancer test and is certain she’ll get the all clear. Will Kit open up to Bernie?
