Sadie manipulates grieving Nicola to obtain her house keys, which she passes to Robert for a burglary. Robert nearly gets caught inside Nicola’s home but narrowly escapes.
Meanwhile, Sadie continues to bond with Nicola at The Hide, where Gabby covers their lunch bill. After Robert and Sadie fail to locate any money, they plot a trip to Whitby – Jimmy’s favorite place – to hunt for clues.
Throughout this, Sadie is visibly shaken when she spots Cain. Kim and Sadie have a hostile run-in leaving Pollard and Moira worried she’s returned to the village to cause trouble.
Sadie later visits Cain and demands the money he stole from her. Cain refuses to entertain her and continues to reject Sadie until she announces a bombshell.
