Spoilers follow for EastEnders Thursday 10 September episode which will air at 7:30pm on BBC One
Zoe is dead following an episode which saw her health rapidly decline, discover Max’s cheating, have an argument and brush off Kat’s advice of going to hospital. Her heartbreaking final words saw her calling out for mum whilst in pain – pain that Max put down to being drunk.

In scenes that follow next week the news of Zoe’s passing becomes public and Kat struggles and for Max who was the last to see her alive the effects hit him hard.

Monday
Kat is stunned having found Zoe’s lifeless body. Shocked and desperate, Kat keeps it to herself, but it isn’t long before Alfie learns that Zoe is dead, leaving the family stunned.
Jean, Mo and Lily prepare to move out of No.31 having been evicted by Suki for unpaid rent. Mo tries to buoy Lily ahead of the move, and they head to The Vic to start their next chapter with the Moons, but just as things are starting to look up, they find out about Zoe…
Tuesday
The Slaters are broken as they try to make sense of Zoe’s death. Kat locks herself away from everyone, but later heads to container junction where she is comforted by Oscar who talks about his mum’s experience following Abi’s death. Kat heads back to The Vic, but she’s upset to discover her family holding a vigil for Zoe in her bedroom, and she orders everyone to leave.
News of Zoe’s death shocks the residents of Walford, but it particularly effects the last individual that saw her alive…
Wednesday
Elsewhere, Gemma tries to settle into the community and attempts to help the Slaters by cooking for them, but things don’t go to plan.
Oscar talks to Josh about Zoe as a favour for Patrick, but the pair struggle to contain their feelings for one another, and it’s not long before they end up kissing…
Thursday
Kat continues to struggle in the wake of Zoe’s death, but Alfie is upset that she keeps on shutting him out. The police arrive with Zoe’s postmortem results, and Kat is stunned but she needs answers. Alfie heads to the allotments where he’s supported by Harvey and Billy. Meanwhile, Sharon attempts to get through to Kat by sharing words of advice. Wanting to help Kat, Sharon suggests they speak to Jack and ask for a favour, but she’s shocked by what the evidence uncovers…
