Sally looks at Lucy’s art project and is concerned to see a picture of an angry woman, clutching her head. When Sally asks her if it depicts her Mum, Lucy sees red. Sally shows Tim the picture and describes how Lucy lost her temper. Lucy apologises to Tim, who’s quickly taken in. Back at home Lucy watches with mounting anger as Tim pulls Brody in for a hug. As Sally worries they’re not cut out to deal with Lucy and she needs professional help,
Christina’s delighted when George promotes her to assistant funeral director. But when Bernie misses her celebratory drinks, and confides in Christina about Kit’s cancer, Christina’s left mulling over Bernie’s family news. When George asserts that kids are nothing but a worry, Christina’s left thoughtful.
At the station, Kit loses his rag with a suspect and Lisa is forced to step in. Lisa orders Kit to take the day off and sort himself out or he could lose his job.
