Sadie and Robert can’t find Jimmy’s cash.
Kim arrives at the hospital and discovers Joe has banned anybody from seeing the baby as he’s being put up for adoption. Kim tries in vain to get Joe to see sense and is upset by his plan.
Manpreet examines Gabby suspecting her cough could be bronchitis, for which she prescribes a course of antibiotics. But privately Gabby’s fixation on “clean eating” makes her skeptical about taking the medication.
Sadie and Robert suspect Jimmy’s money is stashed at the Depot. Sadie feigns interest in Ruby’s wine business to get close to her, and they bond as they sample wine together. Seizing a moment, Sadie searches for the cash but is caught by Caleb, forcing her to admit she is looking for Jimmy’s money for Nicola.
Sadie later continues bonding with a drunken Ruby, but almost gives away her secret when she lets slip about a fling with Federico in New York last Christmas before passing out.
Nicola is broken and Laurel takes her home, wishing she could do more when Nicola tells all about Jimmy’s voicemails.
Lewis breaks up with heartbroken Vinny. Mandy tries to comfort Vinny.
