Mandy’s (Jo Joyner) past comes to light when her abusive dad Ray (Ted Robbins) turns up at school suffering from dementia. She returns to the estate where she grew up, but as her mum Dianne (Lin Blakley) can’t cope with her dad, Mandy reluctantly agrees to take him in.

Hayley (Cody Ryan) is devastated when she discovers the desperate measures Razia (Nazmeen Kauser) has taken because of Riz. But Hayley’s actions cause her to be reprimanded at school.

With Simone out of the picture, Aaron (Adam Fielding) is called in to pick up the pieces.
