EastEnders have aired very emotional scenes for Sean Slater as he was talked out of taking his own life by his ill mother Jean.
Stacey made a very quick dash after Sean left a worrying call for her to get to her mother quickly and that everything would be better.

Sean explained to both Stacey and Jean how he took his dad life with a punch to the head and Jean told him that they wouldn’t be better off without him.

Worried for Sean, Jean delivered some home truths to convince him he’s not to blame for anything and as tensions started to rise, Jean resorted to desperate lengths to protect her son revealing his father’s double life.
Jean reminded Sean how much he’s got to live for and he eventually broke down and crumbled into his mum’s arms.
