Coronation Street spoilers: Steve McDonald learns about his ties to Emma Brooker

Coronation Street is about to drop a bombshell on Steve as Emma, played by Alexandra Mardell, is paying her final respects to her father when a twist in the story sees the cabbie, played by Simon Gregson, learn he is her dad.

It’s a bombshell for the Weatherfield cabbie who used to date Emma’s mother, Fiona Middleton (Angela Griffin), during the ’90s, which turned sour when Steve accumulated debts and Fiona even turned down his marriage proposal.

Speculation is that Angela Griffin is returning soon, and that is sure to set off some fireworks.. not only for Steve, but what will Tracy make of all this?
