Victoria is hell bent on leaving the village and soon she and Diane prepare Keepers for an estate agent viewing. Soon a spanner in the works arrives, in the form of Wendy, Lee’s mother. Robert distracts the estate agent as Victoria and Diane steer Wendy away.
Wendy is adamant to be a part of the baby’s life and says Lee may go for custody. Before long Diane comforts a terrified Victoria, leaving Robert frustrated as Victoria’s now even more determined to leave.

But Diane is determined to help and asks if Pollard will buy her out of the B&B, for Victoria’s sake, will Pollard make her an offer? Later, Robert stalks Lee at his house – this is far from over.
Later a tired Roberts returns having spent the night watching Lee’s house and ends up in an argument with Aaron.
