Synopsis

Jimmi gets a message from prison.

Zara struggles to tackle Joe’s stubbornness.

Jimmi struggles when Al asks him why he didn’t get in touch at the weekend, he’s feeling smothered. Jimmi sees a patient called Navin. When he realises he’s from prison he’s unnerved but Navin only wants to pass on a message – Leon wants to see him.

Ruhma pushes the definition of the word ‘suspension’.

Valerie visits a care home, can she help two old army colleagues make peace with each other and the past?

Jack is struggling at his new retirement complex, misplacing things and worrying his ex-army pal Tommy and warden Sadiq. Valerie visits the complex representing The Mill.

Zara and Daniel have moved back in together and Daniel’s first act is to defy Zara and make Joe a pre-dawn breakfast to help him fast.
