Rownd a Rownd slows to one episode a week due to pause in production

The weekly soap set in Glanrafonon – Angelsy, airs on S4C Tuesdays and Thursdays each week. However Eastieoaks.com has today learned that due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic the show has taken a break in production and as such will reduce the number of episodes after next week.

Rownd a Rownd isn’t the first soap to do this with Emmerdale, EastEnders, Hollyoaks and Coronation Street all reducing their output to stay on the air in 2020. Both EastEnders and Holby City later returned to BBC One with shorter episodes.

The weekly episode of the popular soap will air on a Thursday night and as always you can find out what’s happening right here.

S4C has informed me that Rownd a Rownd will return to 2 episodes a week in June with filming expected to restart in the next few weeks.
