During the upcoming episodes of EastEnders, Zack receives uplifting news on the day that would have marked Peach’s due date. His viral load is now undetectable, bringing a glimmer of hope. While spending time with Whitney at their daughter’s tree, Zack brings up the idea of trying for another baby.
However, Whitney candidly expresses that she cannot endure that experience again and is not willing to pursue having another child. This revelation leaves Zack heartbroken, and they find themselves having a difficult conversation about their future and their desires for children. It becomes a crucial moment for them to determine how to move forward.
