Against a stunning backdrop on the banks of Loch Lomond, Lou’s nearest and dearest gather for a special memorial to scatter her ashes. Amber’s quiet moment of reflection is interrupted by the unexpected arrival of Brooke Shaw. The tension between them palpable, Amber makes it clear Shaw isn’t welcome but is reminded that their lies bind them together.
To make matters worse, Sonny makes an abrupt entrance at the memorial, oddly chirpy and brash. The mourners are horrified by his tactlessness and his behaviour becomes erratic at the post-memorial drinks. Concerned, Eve speaks to Maggie who urges Sonny to grieve the loss of his daughter and stop pretending all is well.
Elsewhere, Lenny’s plans to make Andrew face justice stall when a former victim Mulvaney uncovered falls silent. Lydia suspects Andrew’s responsible and fears he’s untouchable.
Later, at the Tall Ship, Lenny is further aggravated when Andrew gloats about their failed attempts to dig into his past. Andrew reminds Lenny that any attempt to take revenge against him will result in a prison stint.
However, Andrew’s threats fall on deaf ears as Lenny takes matters into his own hands.
Out of work and out of money, Nicole asks her ex-boyfriend Tyler to pay what she’s owed but he refuses and, instead, delights in humiliating her.
