While delivering homemade soup to Shona, Roy encounters a gang of yobs who hurl insults at him, causing him to stumble and fall. Carla rushes to his aid, but it’s clear Roy is in severe pain. The drama escalates when Shona reveals she was never ill, leading a furious Roy to send her and Evelyn packing.
As Shona recounts the incident to Nina, an ambulance arrives, prompting them to rush back into the cafe. They find Roy receiving CPR, and he is rushed to the hospital in critical condition. At his bedside, a mysterious visitor appears, staying with him as he drifts in and out of consciousness. When Roy mentions the visitor to Nina, she questions if he was hallucinating. Who could this enigmatic visitor be?
Meanwhile, Maria is stunned by a letter announcing Mason’s impending release from prison.
