The week kicks off with Linda struggling to keep her sobriety intact as the pressure mounts ahead of her pre-trial meeting. More poison pen letters have been sent her way, shaking her resolve. But things take a darker turn when Linda realises the tormentor behind the letters has her phone number and is now sending threatening texts as well. Shaken, Linda confides in Johnny, telling him she’s too rattled to attend the meeting. Johnny, determined to keep Linda on track, takes matters into his own hands. But as the prosecutor, Tamara, starts questioning a tipsy Linda, will his efforts be enough to save the day?

Meanwhile, family tensions rise over at Beale’s Eels. Peter is fuming after Bobby is promoted to manager instead of him. Lauren is quick to point out that Cindy wouldn’t do Bobby any favours without an ulterior motive. Convinced it’s all down to family drama, Peter is left brooding. But when Junior overhears the trio speculating about Cindy’s intentions, he steps in with an unexpected offer, giving Peter a job on his new contract to keep him out of the way.

Elsewhere in Walford, Nish is up to no good again. Desperate to drive a wedge between Suki and Eve, he makes Ayesha a tempting offer. Will it be enough to stir the pot? And over at The Knight household, Gina warns Anna not to string Bobby along if her heart lies with Freddie. But Anna is quick to dismiss Gina’s concerns, insisting she and Bobby are solid.

After a night of heavy drinking, Linda is in a bad way, and Johnny is at his wits’ end trying to help her. Gina advises Johnny to use his legal expertise to support his mum, offering to look after Linda in the meantime. But when Johnny returns, tensions explode into a massive row. Later, after cooling off, Johnny comes back to find Linda in a life-threatening situation – but will he be too late?

Meanwhile, Cindy is furious to learn that Peter is taking up Junior’s job offer. In a bid to keep him close, she offers him the manager’s position at Beale’s Eels, ready to demote Bobby. When that fails, Cindy tries to manipulate the situation further, ordering Junior to retract his offer. But Junior isn’t one to back down, leaving Cindy scrambling to cover her tracks. A suspicious Lauren corners Cindy, prompting Cindy to spin a lie about Junior to throw her off the scent.

Over at the Square, Sonia is still heartbroken over her missing engagement ring, believing it was stolen during Reiss’s ‘mugging’. But when she spots Suki wearing the ring, Eve jumps in with a cover story about buying it from a pawn shop. Sonia’s detective instincts kick in, leaving Reiss cornered and struggling to keep his secret.

Meanwhile, Bobby attempts to make amends with Anna, apologising for taking her for granted. But Gina’s interference hasn’t gone unnoticed, and the Knight sisters are soon at each other’s throats – all while Freddie overhears Gina confessing that Anna is actually in love with him.

The drama escalates as paramedics rush into The Vic to treat Linda after her shocking ordeal. At the hospital, a devastated Johnny lashes out, blaming Gina for his mum’s dire situation and ordering her to move out. Seeking comfort, Johnny turns to Callum, but in his grief, he misreads the situation and tries to kiss him.

Meanwhile, Cindy’s schemes continue as Junior invites her over for a late-night drink. Cindy, always one to seize an opportunity, gets dolled up and heads to Junior’s place. But in a twist, Gina arrives first, asking if she can move in. Junior, now caught between the two women, panics and turns Gina down, leaving her hurt and confused.

On the romance front, Freddie struggles with his feelings for Anna, doing his best to keep his distance despite the growing tension between them.
