Remi, Theo and Justin are jamming in the driveway when Rose comes by to alert them to a noise complaint. She tells Remi it’s the third time she’s been called – time to shut it down. Theo laments that it wasn’t even a full band rehearsal – how are they meant to work out how they feel about Lyrik if they can’t even play? The next day, Remi receives a Noise Abatement order in the mail – if they don’t stop rehearsing, they could be taken to court. Remi calls a band meeting to hash out a plan of attack – what about a rehearsal space? They’ve never had the option before, but Remi’s trust has opened it as a possibility – is this the answer to Lyrik’s problems?
At the station, Rose wonders what Abigail was doing here with Cash. He’s evasive, but does ask – has she ever made a mistake that she doesn’t know how to fix? Rose offers her help with whatever is troubling him, but Cash declines – he’ll handle this. He and Abigail meet with Nerida, and Cash confronts her with his suspicion – that she is so caught up in how she wants things to be, she’s lost sight of what’s real. Nerida denies it, but Abigail says she’s withdrawing her complaint – this was a mistake.
Pushed to the limits by Cash’s attack on his career, Tim turns up at the police station. He tells Rose he wants to make a formal complaint against Cash. Rose takes the details but tells him nothing that Cash has done is illegal. She’ll file the complaint, but she cannot charge him. Rose warns Cash that she won’t be able to protect him if he keeps gunning for Tim, and Cash tells her he accepts this. Soon, he’s on the phone to Tim’s employers – he has some information about a complaint filed against him…
When Eden and Abigail come face to face again, Abigail says she’s withdrawn her complaint against Tim but can’t say Nerida will do the same. Eden can’t believe she believed Nerida over her in the first place, but Abigail reminds her that she had chosen Tim over her own sister first.
Cash approaches Nerida again and asks her to withdraw her complaint, but she’s intent on seeing Tim suffer, and even makes a threat towards Eden. Cash goes straight to Eden to warn her to keep away from Nerida and Tim, but Remi sends him away. Has Cash put Eden in danger by trying to protect her? And will anyone believe him now anyway?
