Trouble is brewing on the cobbles as Kit Green (Jacob Roberts) struggles to contain his fury in upcoming Coronation Street episodes, and David Platt (Jack P. Shepherd) finds himself in a perilous situation.
As Lisa informs Kit that Andy Garland has been arrested, claiming the crash was simply a drunken accident, Kit’s frustration mounts. His anger only intensifies when he spots Shona (Julia Goulding) pleading with Daisy (Charlotte Jordan) not to report David to the police.

Cornering Daisy, Kit reminds her of his own painful past: “I lost my child too,” he tells her, his emotions bubbling dangerously close to the surface. But it’s David who ultimately bears the brunt of Kit’s fury. When Kit confronts him, David confesses everything, explaining that he never intended for Daisy to lose her baby.
Seizing the opportunity, Kit takes David to the police station—but the journey takes a dark turn when David winds him up. Snapping, Kit speeds away from the station and onto waste ground, where tensions explode. Dragging David from the car, Kit accuses him of causing the death of his unborn child. When David provokes him further, will Kit go too far?
Speaking to the media, Jack P. Shepherd teased the high-stakes drama ahead: “David just thinks he’s getting arrested. But when Kit drives off, he’s like, ‘Where are we going?’ And then when he gets out the car, Kit starts punching him, and yeah, David’s in a really bad way.”

Despite the chaos, Jack believes that David’s relationship with Shona could survive this latest ordeal. “I think, in a weird way, it will only make them stronger,” he said. “She’ll recognise that, yeah, he’s been stupid, but he was only doing it out of love.”
With bloodshed and brutal confrontations ahead, viewers are in for an intense ride. And as Kit’s rage spirals, David’s future has never looked so uncertain.
