CARL FAILS TO EXECUTE HIS PLAN Having witnessed Theo squaring up to Gary and Gary refusing to rise to Theo’s bait Carl decides to try his best to get Theo arrested for assault by goading him. Theo bursts into the Rovers with Carl in hot pursuit. Gemma refuses to serve him and Eva confirms that he’s barred. A furious Theo storms out and Carl hurries after him.
On the street, Carl does his best to wind Theo up in the hope he’ll start a fight and get himself arrested. Will he succeed?
MEGAN SETS HER SIGHTS ON DISTANT LANDS Kit calls at the Rovers and breaks the news to Ben, Eva and Maggie that the CPS has dropped the case against Megan as there’s not enough evidence. Will meets up with Megan and shares the good news that the police have dropped the case. Megan confirms that she’s booked their tickets to Paris. Will’s thrilled and presents her with a guide book.
THE CONNOR-SWAINS SAY AN EMOTIONAL FAREWELL Ryan shows Carla around the hotel whilst they discuss wedding plans. When Carla takes a call from the social worker, her face falls. At No.6, Carla and Lisa pack up Connie’s things and explain to Betsy that the social worker has been in touch and Connie will be returning to her grandmother’s.

CARL USES HIS BEATING TO HIS ADVANTAGE Over breakfast, Debbie receives a call informing her that Carl’s in hospital but what has happened to him? Abi calls at the shop with some news about Carl that terrifies Summer.
EVA REFUSES TO GIVE UP At the Rover Ollie is angry with Ben for not protecting Will from Megan. Maggie advises Eva to pay Megan a visit and force a confession out of her before Ben does something stupid that he’ll live to regret. How will Ben react when he finds out?
THEO SHOWS SUMMER HIS TRUE COLOURS Theo menacingly gets in Summer’s face and tells her how Billy begged him to save him.
JODIE IS SPOOKED BY SOMETHING IN THE POST A horrified Jodie spots a flyer in the post advertising a haulage company called Haul North. What does it mean to her?
ELSEWHERE At the undertakers, Christina urges George to give the business a reboot by taking out a large advert in the Gazette. Lisa practises her wedding vows on Betsy. Betsy’s moved to tears. With Lisa gone, Carla admits to Betsy she hasn’t started on hers yet and she could do with some help.

CARL’S HOISTED BY HIS OWN PETARD Ronnie is shocked to discover that Carl is trying to blackmail Debbie into signing over the hotel and he pleads with her not to give in to his demands. Carl calls at the hotel and helps himself to a drink. When Ryan remonstrates with him, Carl gleefully fires him and reveals that he now owns the hotel. Having been summoned by Debbie, Carl calls at the flat. Debbie tells him she he’s not having the hotel but she’ll give him some cash and she never wants to see him again. How will he react?
WILL MEGAN FALL FOR EVA’S TRICKS After being advised by Leanne to search Will’s room Eva finds a burner phone with just one contact number. Leanne urges Eva to send a message as if from Will and arrange to meet up. Will Megan bite?
IT’S LISA’S PARTY AND SHE’LL SWERVE IT IF SHE WANTS TO Carla and Lisa prepare for their respective hen dos. Carla arrives for her hen do in the Rovers to find all her guests dressed as her, including Roy. Meanwhile Sally is surprised to bump into Lisa in the corner shop looking at meals for one.
ELSEWHERE In the shop, Summer pours her heart out to George and relays all the nasty things Theo said. George corners Theo and spells out that if he goes anywhere near Todd or Summer again, he won’t be responsible for his actions. At No.6, an uneasy Jodie reluctantly introduces Olivia to Shona and explains how she used to be Olivia’s nanny. Shona insists she must stay for tea.

EVA’S EVISCERATED BY MANIPULATIVE MEGAN Eva, Leanne and Toyah set off to meet Megan, they confront her about the burner burner phone and a scuffle ensues and the women leave Megan in a heap on the pavement. Back at the pub Eva reveals to Leanne and Toyah how she managed to plant a tracking device in Megan’s bag. Maggie finds Will’s Mum, Melanie, in the bistro. Melanie rounds on Maggie for failing to protect Will and allowing him to become a victim of child grooming. Melanie explains to Will that Ollie called her. Maggie returns to the pub with Melanie in tow.
TODD HOPES HE’S FINALLY RID OF THEO As Theo crawls out of his van, Miles heads over. He’s horrified at the state of him. As Carl approaches he overhears Theo begging Miles to speak to his Mum, suggesting they try again as a family. Carl sees a chance to get one over on Theo. Kit assures Todd that he’ll do everything possible to protect him from Theo. At No.11, Todd tells George he’s arranged to visit Eileen and Jason in Thailand. As Todd heads to bed, Theo watches him through the bedroom window.
THE WEDDING IS RAINED OFF At the hotel, a stressed Debbie explains to Ryan that the function room is flooded and she’s no option but to cancel Carla and Lisa’s wedding. Ryan breaks the news to Carla and Lisa that their wedding is off. Ryan assures Lisa that Carla just wants to marry her and a fancy wedding isn’t necessary.
JODIE HAS SUSPICIONS ABOUT OLIVIA Jodie returns home to find Olivia going through her bag. Olivia admits to Jodie that she knows she stole her Dad’s hard drive and she was hoping to steal it back in a bid to impress him.

THERE’S MURDER AND A DANCEFLOOR With the wedding function room out of action Lisa has hatched a secret plan to make sure the wedding goes ahead. Telling Carla that Debbie has offered them a free lunch they enter The Chariot Square hotel, Carla’s taken aback to see one corner decked out with a wedding arch. Ryan approaches with champagne closely followed by Roy and Betsy carrying the wedding outfits. When Lisa asserts that they don’t need a ballroom to get married in, Carla’s thrilled.
Betsy, Roy and Ryan watch as Carla and Lisa walk down the aisle together. Carla and Lisa deliver their own heartfelt vows and exchange rings. Back on the street Carla is frustrated to discover the factory alarm going off and insists she needs to sort it. But is all it seems – as they enter the factory As they enter the factory, Carla’s gobsmacked to see all their friends there and the entire place decked out for the wedding reception.

MEGAN GLOATS OVER EVA In the bistro, Eva tells Leanne and Toyah how Megan admitted to sleeping with Will.
DEBBIE WASHES HER HANDS OF CARL Having been summoned by Debbie, Carl calls at the hotel. Debbie hands him an envelope full of cash and makes it clear she never wants to see him again.
JODIE PLAYS FOR SYMPATHY A shaky Jodie leads Shona to believe that Olivia’s dad is her violent ex boyfriend and taking the hard drive from her bag, explains that she stole it from him and he wants her dead. A panicky Shona points out to Jodie that now Olivia knows where she lives, her Dad could show up at any time and she must leave immediately for her own safety.
TODD PREPARES FOR FREEDOM Todd heads to the shop flat to pick up the last of his belongings before leaving for Thailand.
