EastEnders airs Monday – Thursday on BBC One with catchup via iPlayer, Classic EastEnders airs on Drama with catchup on U.
The pieces are coming together in the build up to 2027 and THAT flashforward, as Max finds himself under stress and pressure from all sides.

A new week brings trouble as Max tries to sweet talk Suki into selling him No.31, and learns Cindy has returned with Rafael, a young man she met on her honeymoon. Declaring she’s focused on the future, Cindy’s confidence is dented when her card is declined.
Max eventually agrees to help her financially, but Cindy’s suspicions are sparked when she finds a lipstick in his flat and becomes determined to uncover his mystery woman.
But Cindy isn’t one to let things go – and after the way Max has behaved who can blame her. Cindy continues digging into Max’s secret relationship. After confronting Lauren and learning of Max’s plans to buy No.31 from Gemma, she turns her attention to Oscar.
Wanting to lift Mo’s spirits, Jasmine, Josh and Oscar organise a bingo night in Zoe’s honour. In The Vic, Cindy overhears Max on the phone and starts another row. That evening, something piques Cindy’s interest on hers and Max’s laptop…
There is also the matter of Max leaving Zoe just prior to her death, and with Kat vowing to end the man responsible, this is one ticking time bomb about to detonate.

Cindy warns Lauren not to trust Max and reveals what she found on their laptop. During a viewing of No.31, Cindy, with Lauren in tow, exposes Max’s secret New Zealand property and undermines his attempts to buy the house. Suki rejects his offer in favour of another, leaving a humiliated Max declaring war on Cindy.
Seeking answers elsewhere, Cindy learns of Kat’s revenge plan and the man that left Zoe. Max persuades Oscar to help him prove his marriage was never consummated with Cindy. As the drinks flow between Oscar and Cindy, her suspicions are eventually stoked.
The trouble mount when HMRC catches up with Max over his New Zealand property. Convinced he’s hiding something; Cindy demands answers.
