In an explosive turn of events on Coronation Street, Spider finds himself caught in a dangerous game as his pursuer reaches out to him with an ominous message. Determined to protect his loved ones, Spider makes a secret decision to inform his superiors without alerting Toyah to the looming threat.

With his colleagues covertly observing, Spider bravely sets up a meeting in the bustling Freshco’s car park, following the instructions given by his mysterious adversary. Tension builds as Spider anxiously awaits the arrival of his unknown enemy, but to his surprise, no one shows up.

Meanwhile, back at the flat, an unexpected visitor arrives, claiming to be Spider’s wife. As Toyah engages in polite conversation, little does she know that a shocking revelation is about to unfold. In a chance encounter, Leanne comes face to face with Spider and is left dumbfounded when he confesses that his wife is actually out of the country.

In a race against time, Spider urgently calls Toyah, warning her about the imposter in their midst. Panic sets in as Toyah tries to maintain a facade of normalcy, desperately concealing her fear. But when Leanne and Spider burst into the flat, what they discover shatters their world.

The flat is in disarray, bearing disturbing signs of a violent struggle. Both Toyah and Sam are nowhere to be found, and the presence of blood on the floor sends shockwaves through the room. As the reality sinks in, it becomes apparent that Toyah’s life is in grave danger, and the clock is ticking for Spider to rescue her before it’s too late.

However, newly released filming pictures show the dramatic aftermath as a showndown between Spider (Martin Hancock) and a woman (Catrin Aaron) takes place as Toyah (Georgia Taylor) lays in the back of a van.

As Spider fights to save Toyah he ends up staring down the barrel of a gun, but as he goes to grab the gun it goes off and a shot rings out….who is on the other end of it?

The question is how far will Spider go to save Toyah, will he turn killer when it’s a case of kill or be killed?

Is this the end for Spider and Toyah, or the beginning of a chilling new chapter? Stay tuned to find out!
