Home and Away airs on 5STAR at 6:30pm
In the morning, David and Lacey have a cup of coffee, and Lacey asks if the AVO has gone out to Holden. David informs her that he went to do it, but Holden wasn’t home, so he left him a message. Lacey confesses that she knows why he wasn’t home. It’s because he was in their house. He’d left a note and a home cooked dinner. David quietly boils with rage, determined to do whatever it takes to protect his daughter.
On her way into the surf club, someone calls out Jo’s name. It’s Holden. He asks her if she’s seen Lacey, but Jo doesn’t even know who the guy is. He plays innocent, claiming that he and Lacey have been hanging out, and that he’s worried about her because she hasn’t been answering her phone. Tane comes over, asking what that was all about, but Jo has no idea.
Then, his ankle monitor beeps, and it’s not the first time. Something seems to be wrong with it. At home, he and Jo try to figure out how to get it to stop beeping, and it’s getting relentless, but it makes no sense. He’s not outside of the allowed radius and he had it on charge all night.
It finally stops when Jo plugs it in again, but Tane barely gets a second to relax before Jo tells him about Mackenzie banning Harper from Salt. Later, Jo approaches Mackenzie, trying her best to stand up for Harper in this situation. But Mackenzie has made up her mind, and maintains that she can refuse service in her own restaurant if she wants.

To Mackenzie’s disappointment, Levi agrees that Jo has a point in defending Harper, because at a time like this, everyone should be banding together for Tane, not tearing each other apart.
David is settling Lacey into an office at the police station to keep her safe when Holden arrives, asking to speak to him. He asks David if everything is okay with Lacey, because he can’t get through to her. Lacey emerges from the office, and Holden tries to get to her, but he’s barricaded by David and a constable.
David tells the constable to make sure Lacey gets to where she needs to go, before gesturing for Holden to come into the interview room. He serves him the AVO, sternly telling him that he can take his arguments to the magistrate in court, but in the meantime he ought to familiarise himself with the restrictions that are now in place.
Lacey gets dropped off with Leah, who does what she can to comfort her. She reassures Lacey that everything will be okay once the AVO lands with Holden. But when they’re sitting down at the Diner for a coffee, Holden bursts through the door. He’s quite comfortable breaching the restrictions and gets in Lacey’s face, while Leah frantically calls the police. Lacey stands her ground, firmly telling him that she doesn’t love him, and he should leave her alone. Will she finally get him to leave her alone?
